Objectives

  • Show outcomes produced through the IOS referral model that make one appointment implant crowns a daily practice

  • Demonstrate “no brainer” case selection for implants vs. bridges

  • Review the 7 elements of a successful Collaborative Implant Case

Current Concepts for Anterior Implant Restorations

About the Program

Restoration of dental implants in the esthetic zone is incredibly challenging. There are many variables to consider when trying to achieve a natural result. Treatment planning is key and will be discussed with challenging cases. There are many materials used for the restoration of dental implants and this will be reviewed. Additionally, careful evaluation and management of the soft tissue around implants is critical for the best results.

Objectives

  • Review the restorative driven treatment planning process

  • Material selection for anterior dental implant restorations

  • Managing soft tissue around implants and abutments to maximize esthetics

  • Discuss when to use gingival shade ceramics
